Breathwork is exploding in popularity. Combining both ancient and modern techniques this workshop offers the latest and greatest for health. Join us for a 5-hour journey (with lunch break) to cleanse your nervous system, activate your innate healing intelligence, and feel more alive and juicy! We will play with elements of Bioenergetics, Somatic Experiencing, Neurogenic Tremoring, Taoist Energy Arts, and Neo-Tantric Breathwork. In this workshop we will demystify and personalize healing breath practices with a playful, science-based, and trauma-informed approach. You will learn safe and potent methods releasing stress and trauma from your nervous system, as well as activate inner power and pleasure. Prepare to unlock healing and uncork your inner magic! We will be requiring proof of vaccinations or a negative covid test, as well as taking everyone's temperature before the event. We will also be keeping windows open for ventillation as this event will be indoors. Please dress for warmth accordingly.
