Tree Climb "Top" Cut Trim Oak

I need someone who can Safely navigate / climb (preferably with safety equipment) a tree in my yard to remove the top branches and allow sunlight back into my porch area (see attached photos) I have the electric chainsaw (plugin) and no loud equipment can be used (discrete work) secret mission We have a 15 ft ladder to help the process but climbing significantly higher will be required to remove a couple branches that are blocking the sunlight. I will remove the wood, branch, and leaves so I only need someone to monkey up and SAFELY cut the limbs.
