A seminar provided by faith leaders to help through the difficult processes that are involved in preparing for our own deaths.
We live in a death-denying society, and our loved ones often find it "morbid" or "disturbing" to talk about it. It is hard, but taking small steps now means everything will be much easier later for the people you love. It takes courage to plan for our "end of life."
We will address:
Having the difficult dying conversation, "What kind of death do you want?"....what are the necessary documents you need to have in place...Palliative Care vs. Hospice Care...Organ donation...planning your services...pet care after your death...Is there life after death?...how does the funeral home help with planning?
Childcare(10 years and under) is provided by reservation. There is a question on the registration from!
"God has decided the length of our lives. He alones knows how many months we will live, and we are not given a minute longer." Job 14:5
We have no control over when death will come, but we do have control over many aspects of the dying process and how we want to be remembered.
