Description
Maintenance person needed immediately for a multifamily property in the Flour Bluff area. Required basic skills in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, lawncare and lawn equipment maintenance, pool and pool equipment maintenance, and painting. HVAC and Kubota maintenance knowledge is a plus, but not required. Must be able to climb ladders, kneel (for meter readings) and lift heavy items (landscaping upkeep).
Work will be both inside and outside. Promptness and attention to detail is required.
Monday through Friday workdays, with occasional weekends on call.
