Try a variety of fitness offerings in a fun way! With the 2022 upon us we often start looking towards our New Year’s resolutions. Often times exercise programs that we start in the New Year are abandoned by Easter. January’s First Friday is designed to help you find a movement program that you actually enjoy. The more you love to do it, the more likely you are to stick with it. Join us in downtown Bellefontaine for our first annual BARbell Crawl! Here’s how it works... With the purchase of your ticket, you’ll get to sample 5 different classes at each of the exercise based businesses in downtown Bellefontaine: Homegrown Yoga, LifeReps, Barbelle Yoga and Fitness, The Loco Depot, and Anytime Fitness. After all your classes are completed, join us at Roundhouse for an after party! Each fitness studio will be there to answer any questions you might have. Memberships to each facility will be raffled off following the crawl. Come hang out, drink a beer, and get to know new people because life is all about finding balance. Tickets: $35 (includes all 5 sample classes, event t-shirt, raffle ticket, and one beer at Roundhouse) Check-in: 5:30-5:50 pm in the Marketplace Class 1: 6:00-6:15 pm Class 2: 6:25-6:40 pm Class 3: 6:50-7:05 pm Class 4: 7:15-7:30 pm Class 5: 7:40-7:55 pm After Party: 8 pm at Roundhouse
