Welcome to our upcoming offering, Wholistic Herbal Chakra Series. We'll be exploring the body's innate energetic systems (our 7 sacred energy centers) through engaging practices (see below) that help to regulate and restore our body to a natural state of balance. Facilitating the exploration of the chakras, and by extension, the kundalini, comes with a lot of responsibility. Our intention is to honor all of the yogic traditions & lineages that brought these teachings to the western world. We strive to set a container to safely and intentionally explore our inner ecology using this framework of the chakras while also incorporating other modalities to deepen our relationship with ourselves and the wider world. Gathering: This series is intended to hold a brave & safe space. We will meet bi-weekly on Thursdays at 6-8 pm & Saturdays at 10-12 pm. That means that we will have two consecutive classes for each chakra.
