Mrs. Trillium's Book Garden: Signature Series welcomes close friends in the food, hospitality, and beverage spaces. Fueled by a desire to connect with the Trillium community, and inspired by her children's passion for literature, Mrs. Trillium launched the Trillium Book Garden this past February. The book club has grown into an active and engaged monthly meet-up for folks to discuss the most recent read over a beer and a bite to eat. As this community grows, we're eager to expand with some exciting upcoming events, including the launch of our Book Garden: Signature Series of author book signings with some close friends in the food, hospitality, and beverage spaces (and beyond). On Friday, 12/10 from 6-8 PM, we'll welcome Brad Leone of Bon Appetit as we celebrate the launch of his new book, Field Notes for Food Adventure: Recipes and Stories from the Woods to the Ocean. Included with the ticket will be a signed copy of his book, a welcome beer and a special collaborative spread of food, featuring plates from the cookbook: Maple -Pecan Sweet Potato (p.32) Mountain Ribs(p. 283) Squid Pizza w/ Fermented Chili Honey(p. 87) Jambalaya (p. 314)
