Looking for someone to do leaf pick clean up at a rental property of mine. This is a small yard and leaves can either be bagged and left for me to take to the dump or preferably if you could take them away. This could lead to other yard maintenance through the year...trimming bushes, mulching etc and possibly other general maintenance projects like painting.
