Relax and unwind with us every Wednesday at 6 p.m. with Yoga and Beer! This free yoga class incorporates beer salutations and a live DJ. **Tickets will be released on a bi-weekly basis (two weeks in advance per class)*** The Gateway and our newest fitness tenant, TruFusion, bring you YOGA & BEER, a weekly event to clear your mind. The talented yoga instructor from TruFusion will lead this series with a power flow yoga, integrating optional beer drinking postures. All levels of yogis and beer drinkers are welcome. Yoga is free. Beers are $5. Classes will be held every Wednesday at 6 p.m. at The Gateway at 12 S 400 W, on the upper level from The Olympic Plaza.
