Property manager is looking for a plumber to pull permit and replace a gas water heater (40 Gal Tall, floor to top of current bradford white water heater - 57").
Water heater has easy and clear access and is housed in an enclosure with a door on the deck on 2nd floor (one straight flight of steps, no turning corners)
Scope of work requires removal and disposal of old water heater.
Township requires permit to install water heater, so the person would need to pull a permit.
