Join Momentum for Health to assemble holiday gift baskets to be distributed to clients of our free community clinic! Thanks to our generous community, we expect to purchase materials for 100 wellness gift baskets through our Giving Tuesday fundraiser. These baskets will be distributed to clients of Momentum for Health's community clinic so they can enjoy the holiday season with their families. 20 volunteers are needed to assemble materials into beautiful and tidy packages. Children are welcome and must be accompanied by a parent. Pre-registration is required. La Selva Community Clinic partners with adults with mental health needs from across the Bay Area. Our Palo Alto-based program provides free treatment in English and Spanish thanks to support from El Camino Healthcare District and El Camino Hospital. Momentum for Health exists to help individuals achieve mental and emotional health, discover and reach their potential, and fully participate in life.
