This slow-paced, easy-going intro workshop is designed for those looking to try pole out and explore what we are all about! No dance or pole experience is necessary, we promise! Every body, skillset, and age 18+ are welcome to begin their pole journey. You’ll be surprised by what you can do while having a ton of fun and getting an excellent workout! Come take this class!
