Lost Black Tote Bag with American Flag

I lost a black tote bag with a pair of dress pants in the bag. I left the tote bag on a CitiBike around 1:00pm today near 6th Avenue and 31th Street by bike dock there. I was on my way to the Nordstrom Rack to drop the pants to be hemmed. I need the tote back ASAP they are part of suits that I have one is a Calvin Klein and the other is Ralph Lauren suit.
