It’s been over 4 years since Palm has last seen her mother who lives in Taiwan. After being estranged for years, their relationship began again over the phone during the Pandemic. Soon, to learn more about each other, they started sending each other field recordings. By using recordings from Palm in Joshua Tree and her mother in Taiwan, Palm seeks to bridge the distance within and between their respective worlds. **Fresh hot Taiwanese tea will be provided **Dress warm!
