Join me at O'Conner Brewing for a yoga class to benefit children this holiday season. If you are ready to feel good in mind, body and spirit, this event is for you. O'Connor is donating to Toys for Tots this holiday season. To provide for to the less fortunate, we are asking for a new toy donation. This yoga session is suitable for everybody, all levels welcome. Your ticket entitles you to one 60-minute yoga session with me. Your toy donation entitles you to a complimentary beer at O'Connor after class.
