Small black kitty in need of loving home

Hi! I have been helping my friend re-home their cat, Lucy, for a little while now and am back at square one. I thought I found the perfect match but then they informed me that they plan on having Lucy de-clawed and I am NOT ok with that. Lucy is sweet and rambunctious!! She is around a year old but was a runt, so she’s just a lil thing and looks younger. She is box trained but given regular access, will go potty outside exclusively. She is such a lovely little lady with a long tail and a tiny white-ish patch (if it can even be called a patch) on her chest which is the only bit of color in her all black coat!! She also has beautiful bright yellow eyes that look orange sometimes 😍😍😍 Unfortunately she isn’t spayed yet, but the kootenai humane society does it cheap. She also needs her shots. My friend hasn’t been the most responsible pet owner and the lady who wants her wants to torture her 😩😩😩 Please let Heather know if you’d like to take Lucy home. She comes with litter, a litter box and food and gets along with other cats, all people including children and is friendly with dogs!
