Volunteers with Parental History of Alcohol Problems Needed We are conducting a research study on the effects of alcohol consumption on sensory function in healthy adults. Participation involves: • Three laboratory visits • Consumption of beverages that may contain alcohol • Sensory/pain testing • MRI scans of your brain • Compensation up to $255 To be eligible, you must: • Be between the ages of 21 and 45 • Be a current drinker in good physical health • Be a non-smoker • Have no history of treatment for alcohol or other substance abuse • Have no history of chronic pain • Have at least one parent with past or current alcohol problems If interested, please email: [email protected] or call: 352-273-5220
