Lawn Care Specialist Job Requirements: *Experience in all aspects of lawn maintenance including use of mowers, trimers, blowers and other lawn tools. *Able to lift and carry loads of 50 lbs *Able to work in a a physically demanding job *Able to work in all weather conditions. Rain or Shine *Possess a full valid driver’s license *Strong communication skills *Strong customer service skills *Self-motivated and willing to learn *Have a strong work ethic and positive attitude *Must be able to work independently *Must enjoy working outdoors Field Supervisor Job Requirements: *Able to perform all requirements of Lawn Care Specialist *Assist the owner in managing day-to-day operations *Delegate tasks *Follow set deadlines *Assist owner with team schedules and requests *Provide leadership and guidance to team members Sweeper/Powerwasher Requirements: *Possess a full valid driver’s license *Able to work nights 10pm- 5am *Knowledge of Gainesville area *Able to lift and carry loads of 50 lbs. *Able to work in all weather conditions. Rain or Shine *Strong communication skills *Self motivated and fast learner *Experience with power washing or power sweeping *Have a strong work ethic and positive attitude *Must be able to work independently *Must enjoy driving Qualified individuals can apply via email.
