I am a live in caregiver for a woman with many health issues.
When I first moved in the house was a total mess but with sweat and hard work I managed to make it livable for her so she could come back home from the assisted living facility she was in.
Many things still need to be replaced and repaired but the thing she needs most is fixing of the ac/heat pump thing for the bedroom unit. I managed to make it doable with fans for no ac but with the colder months coming we do need it fixed for heat.
