Logistics Company Needs Experienced Customer Service/Administrative Representative
Job Type: Temporary to Full Time

Qualifications:
• CSR/Administrative Experience in the Logistics/Transportation Industry is Highly Preferred.
• Any Air Freight Experience is a Plus.
• Exceptional verbal/written and telecommunications skills.
• Exceptional Time Management skills.
• A high degree of attention to detail.
• Must be proficient with basic computer use and typing.
• Work well with others/Team Player.
Daily Responsibilities:
• Talking directly with customers to address their needs (order placement, status updates and solving issues).
• Monitoring and responding to emails (Incoming orders, Quotes, Status Request, POD Request and General inquires).
• Working in close coordination with dispatchers to provide accurate information about an order as well as any special request or stipulations from the customer.
• Must be able to multi task. While monitoring emails and answering phones, you will be expected to perform individual assignments on a weekly schedule.
• Must be able to perform well in a fast pace environment.
Weekly Activities:
• You will have a roll in preparing orders for billing/invoicing
Education:
• High School or Equivalent/Some College Preferred
• Bilingual English and Spanish Preferred
