Boxing + Social Gathering = Love Taps This isn't your typical date night activity. Young professionals social gathering plus some boxing gloves brings you Love Taps. This is a night of fitness and fun whether you're with a date or coming single to meet some other energetic singles! A fun filled vigorous skills workout followed by therapy sparring, you'll leave with the ultimate satisfaction and renewed energy. The session includes: Teaching of basic punches and footwork Partner mitt work Heavy bag workout The GRAND FINALE will be sparring with your partner (men on defense with women on offense throwing the punches at their male date or partner they're matched up with. Men will have the opportunity to work their offense with the instructor if desired). Pick your own ring entrance music, bring your own robes (optional) and women get your in ring therapy by throwing bombs at your partner! Champagne Toast At The End! All participants will receive a free Dyme Boxing and Fitness T Shirt. Gloves will be provided by Dyme Boxing and Fitness but bringing your own gloves are preferred. Hand wraps are recommended but not mandatory. Hand wraps will also be available to purchase. Headgear will be provided for the men. Bottle water will be available. Men, it's REQUIRED YOU BRING A MOUTHPIECE to spar. IF NO MOUTH PIECE THEN NO SPARRING!
