In order to help our attendees, feel more comfortable:Disposable masks will be readily available to everyone at the venue. Masks are mandatory for anyone who is unvaccinated, in order to prevent the spread of the coronavirus.• Hand sanitizer stations will be available throughout the venue.• Social distancing will not be mandatory, but it will be encouraged unless state and county guidelines state otherwise. Emails and phone numbers will be collected during the registration process, so event organizers may notify participants, attendees, and staff in the unlikely event of someone testing positive with COVID-19 within 10 days of the event. These protocols are subject to change as new federal, state, or county guideline updates occur. As a reminder, any large gatherings do increase the risk of contracting COVID-19. Attendees, staff, volunteers and vendors are participating in the event at their own risk and San Diego Latino Professionals Border X or its partner and affiliates are not liable for any participating individual who contracts COVID-19 or any of its variants. CANCELLATION POLICY: Refunds will not be given after 30 days prior to the event. Refunds prior to 30 days will be given on a case to case basis. If in the event is canceled due to COVID 19 restrictions, you will be offered a chance to roll your ticket(s) over to next SD Latino Professional's event. San Diego Latino Professionals reserve the right to refuse anyone attendance at discretion for safety and enjoyment benefit for all. This includes anyone that refuses to comply with COVID-19 guidelines set by local, state and federal government.
