Join us on December 15th for a tasting of the award-winning Single Malt Scotches of Jura. What do you know about Single Malt Scotches? I would venture to say many people do not know a lot of fun facts about this special whiskey, and what better way to end 2021 than by learning about this fun spirit that is loved by so many people across the globe. At December’s Cocktail Workshop on December 15th at The DIME from 6-7 PM, we will explore the single malt scotches produced by Jura. Jura is a tiny Scottish island located off the West Coast of Scotland. It boasts only one road, one pub, one whiskey distillery, and about 200 people. It’s beautiful and remote, and the Jura distillery is the lifeblood of the tiny community. The distillery was established in 1810 and then used to revive the community in the early 1960s. The people of Jura are dedicated to making the best single malt scotches and are truly passionate about their craft, and it shows.
