Job description:
There will be crew to do all the setup for the wedding. The bussers will bring the following items to the kitchen :
Charger plates, glasswares, silverwares, napkins,etc. You as a helper at the kitchen will take those items and put them in a boxes and containers and organize them and put them in the truck to be picked up and returned. Some items will require rinsing but not washing. 300 charger plates will require washing/rinsing without soup (with 2 ppl,that portion should take approx 1 hour).
When event is over, need help taking down pipe and bases for draping.
Start time: Midnight
End time: approx 3:30am.
