Description
In search of somebody to finish painting/touches on the interior of 4 bedroom house. Also needing shower pan set and tile work in a bathroom as well as concrete board and toilet/vanity installed. Orange peel needed done in an add-on room. Need some drain pipe put in yard. Light fixtures, faceplates, baseboards needing installed too and some flooring (sanding and new install in add-on room).It is halfway done just needs a little bit of finishing touch up here and there. The house is located east of Mount Pleasant off of 1001 and County Road 3325. The pay is good and will be discussed. The brushes and the paint and materials are provided. A bonus if you bring any of your own tools. May have more remodeling work in the future. Absolutely no drugs or drinking on the job!!!
