NHS Chicago and US Bank present the Winneconna Wonderland Homebuyer Tour Do you need purchase assistance to realize your dream of homeownership? If your answer is yes, join US Bank and Neighborhood Housing Services of Chicago on our trolley tour of Auburn Gresham's TIF Purchase Rehab zone. During the tour we will visit eligible properties, learn more about the city's purchase assistance programs, and gain a deeper understanding of the financing options. The TIF Purchase Rehab program offers up to 25% of purchase and rehab costs for owner-occupied purchases of vacant 1 to 4 unit residential properties in target zones.
