In Between Days presents a special sake tasting & pairing event with Sake Sommelier Andrew Sowers. In Between Days presents a special sake tasting & pairing event with Sake Sommelier Andrew Sowers. Travel through five regions of Japan with sake sommelier Andrew Sowers as he explains the difference between each region's production and unique take on sake. The prefectures we will taste are: Akita, Shiga, Fukui, Hiroshima, and Ishikawa. Each sake will will be matched with light fare that pairs well with flavor profiles of each region. There will also be additional rare sakes available during this tasting. Bottles will be available for purchase as a discounted rate. Must be 21+ to attend.
