2020 Alachua County Veteran Christmas Party and Awards banquet - tickets include Christmas buffet and hors-d'oeuvres and so much more. With all that 2020 has brought us, this year we have decided to combine our efforts to recognize those veterans and veteran supporters who have stood out and made a positive contribution here in Alachua County and the surrounding areas. Our 2020 Christmas Party sponsored this year by the KWVA has been opened up to include all service organizations, veterans, spouses and anyone else that would like to attend and show their support. Categories this year include Veteran of the Year, Veteran Supporter of the Year and VA Employee of the Year. Nominations for each are now being accepted and the winners will be recognized during the evening's festivities. Please email [email protected] for a nomination form due nlt Nov 30th, 2020. Note: It is customary for the organization or individual nominating someone to cover the ticket cost for that person. All runner-up nominees will receive a certificate of recognition. Ticket price includes: Hors-d'oeuvres, dinner, Bud Light, dancing, 50/50 raffle and a few other surprises. Entertainment brought to you by DJ DOUG CARBAUGH , IMAGINATION ENTERTAINMENT Dress: casual to formal; uniforms are always welcome.
