Chicago Airport Transportation Fall Semester 2021 & Breaks Airport Shuttle Service to and from Notre Dame / O'Hare and Midway Airports WINTER BREAK TO AND FROM CHICAGO AIRPORTS To Chicago: Royal Excursion is offering Airport Transportation Service with Departures at 7:00AM ET from the Notre Dame Bus Shelter . Dates : December 15 at 8am - Arrives MDW 9am CT / O'Hare 10am CT - Must have 15 tickets purchased to run as scheduled. December 16 at 5pm - Arrives MDW 6pm CT* / O'HARE 7pm CT* December 17 at 6am - Arrives MDW 7am CT* / O'HARE 8am CT* All departure times will service both Midway and O'Hare Airports. To Campus: Royal Excursion is offering Return Service from the Chicago Airports to ND Campus Dates: Jan 9: 1PM CT ORD Departure / 2PM CT MDW Departure arrives at ND approximately 4PM ET. Jan 9: 5PM CT ORD Departure / 6PM CT MDW Departure arrives at ND approximately 7PM ET. Pick Up Locations: O’Hare Airport – Airport Departure Pick Ups / Bus Shuttle Center Midway Airport – Airport Departure Pick Ups / Lower Level (through parking garage) Use Door 6* Cost is $48.00 per transfer. *Travel times may vary +/- 30 minutes depending on traffic conditions. Please allow ample travel time. Motorcoaches are not booked to full capacity to allow social distancing. Masks must be worn at all times. Passengers may bring up to two (2) bags plus carry on.
