CLEARWATER, FL - The city's Utility Customer Service office and drive-thruwindow will close at 2:30 p.m. Friday, Dec. 3, for a department end-of-year party. Normal office hours resume Monday, Dec. 6. During this temporary closure, city utility customers have many other ways to pay their utility bills.
