WEST HAVEN — A New Haven resident is $35,416 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in West Haven earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On November 30, Anthony Oden, of New Haven, purchased a Play4 Day ticket from the Sas Gas station in West Haven and won $35,416.
