At the R&B Soul Yoga Experience, women will flow through a zinful yoga session led by Ashe Hardy, Register Yoga Teacher (RYT) (@alwaysashe) over soulful vibes powered by DJ Muva Mars (@djmuvamars). After the yoga session, women will make connections through conversations that are guaranteed to elevate one another! There will be mimosas and light refreshments served and a chance to shop for self or Christmas gifts at the black owned, MoneyBall Sportswear store.
