Nichols Research is currently seeking survey field interviewers to assist with research studies conducted throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. This is an excellent opportunity for outgoing individuals who enjoy engaging with all types of people in order to obtain their opinions about a diverse range of research topics This is a regular, part-time position. As a survey field interviewer, you may travel to various locations throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. We administer interviews to different types of consumers. Some examples of locations are sports arenas, local restaurants (like Denny’s), SFO airport, retail stores, transit centers, local parks, etc. Your work yields actionable information to guide business and policy decisions in wide ranging areas. We provide paid training and COVID-19 safety PPE as needed to ensure personal safety. To be considered for this position you will need the following: -Be committed to completing a project once trained -Reliable transportation and/or have an understanding of using local public transportation. -Be comfortable approaching people in a variety of settings with confidence and ease -Able to work with tablets and/or computers -Strong reading and writing skills Depending on experience, starting pay is $18.00 per hour (entry-level) plus paid training and travel time and expenses to the various locations/per study.
