MILFORD — A Milford resident is $30,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On November 29, the big winner from Milford, purchased a 30X Cash 8th Edition ticket from the Choe Foodmart in Milford and won $30,000.
