Municipal Grant Awards The City of Middletown Commission on the Arts (MCA) welcomes grant applications from organizations, businesses & individuals with proposals of art & culture related programs, events or activities that enrich the lives of Middletown residents. Creatives are encouraged to design and implement community art & culture related programming to promote and fosters an audience of art appreciators, community engagements and cultural learning experiences. All programs must take place in the city of Middletown.
