help needed to rebuild a wood retaining wall and fence

I'm rebuilding a wood fence and a short retaining wall, and I seek the help of a laborer, preferably someone with some basic carpentry skills. This will be an ongoing project for the next two or three weeks. Possible tasks will include: dismantling remnants of the old retaining wall (long 2x12 boards), carrying lumber, some digging of sand and dirt, and constructing the new retaining wall with posts. Concrete mixing is a possibility, but I think the wall can be re-constructed without concrete, via the use of a "deadman" type cantilever or "counterfort" design. (It will be clearer once the old retaining wall boards are removed. Work will be during the daytime hours (8 to 5). Weekends are possible.
