BROOKLINE, MA — XRHealth, a virtual physical therapy clinic based in Brookline, is accused of burying a bad customer review by having their employees give the business a five-star rating on Google Reviews. Kymba Nijuck, a former XRHealth patient who left the clinic a one-star review last week, said her review based on a negative experience was quickly overshadowed by a number of positive reviews - all submitted by the founder and employees of XRHealth. "I'm really angry that they're trying to suppress my honest review with their five-star reviews, but it's also so laughable because of the way they're doing it," said Nijuck. XRHealth currently has ten ratings on Google Reviews, five of which were submitted by the company's founder and CEO Eran Orr, his personal connection Shira Orr, Vice President of Product Tal Arbel, Clinical Support Manager Loa Lustgarten, and XRHealth physical therapist Katherine Gleason. Nijuck said she left the bad review based on the fact that she was assured her insurance covered XRHealth's treatment, yet still received many bills from the clinic. In addition, the therapist she was given was not educated on her medical issues despite claiming familiarity. "I was not happy about going out to a physical therapy office because of the pandemic so I thought this would be a great solution," said Nijuck. "If they had More people and transparency maybe it would have." "When a company screws you over, you want to be able to do something. its so important as a medical consumer to have a voice," she continued. XRHealth was founded in 2016 and is currently seeking investments via StartEngine. According to their website, there are a total of 26 physical, occupational, and behavioral therapists working at the clinic. Patch has reached out to XRHealth for comment and will update this article when we hear back.
