BEVERLY, MA — Beverly police will use a nearly $50,000 grant from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration on traffic enforcement aimed to reduce crashes in the city "and the resulting injuries and loss of life."
The city was awarded the $49,680 Municipal Road Safety Program grant through NHTSA funding.
The city credited Beverly Sgt. Michael Henbury for helping secure the grant.
