MERCER COUNTY, NJ — Hello neighbors! We are back with our weekly events roundup, where we tell you about what's happening in Mercer County. Here's are some events we think you might enjoy: Holiday Festival, 1867 Sanctuary, 101 Scotch Road, Ewing: Get into the holiday spirit this Saturday, with local artists, artisans, and musicians. From 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. there will be a festival at this historical gathering place in Ewing, Mercer County. Special appearance by Santa from 11 to 2 p.m. For more details, click here. Classical Christmas by Capital Philharmonic of New Jersey, Patriots Theatre at the War Memorial, Trenton: This Sunday, Dec. 5 at 4 p.m., the Capital Philharmonic of New Jersey will bring a holiday concert to Mercer County. Hear your season favorites at the historic Patriot's Theatre in the War Memorial in Trenton. Guest soprano and former Ms. Rhode Island, Gianine Campbell, will host the festive afternoon and conductor Daniel Spalding will lead the full 70-member orchestra on a journey through holiday splendor. Early arrivals will receive holiday serenades from renowned virtuosic organist, Brett Miller, beginning at 3:30 p.m. For more details, click here. Holiday Pop-Up, Old Hights, 123 West Ward Street, Hightstown: Old Hights is organizing a special holiday pop-up shop outside the beer garden on Saturday, Dec. 4. Drop in to support local businesses, including Pie Girl, Delameana Woodworks, Four Get Me Not, Kula Yoga & Fitness, and Moonshot Farm. Nassau Brass will be performing live holiday music from 1 p.m. - 3 p.m. A visit from Santa is also on the cards. Details are here. Annual Menorah Lighting, Palmer Square, Princeton: The Jewish Center is organizing the Annual Menorah Lighting on Sunday, Dec. 5 at Palmer Square at 4 p.m. Expect great music and fun. The location is Nassau Inn Patio, 10 Palmer Square Princeton. Holiday Entertainment and Strolling Santa, Palmer Square, Princeton: If you are not in the mood to attend an event, you can just stroll around Palmer Square and enjoy the holiday season. On Saturdays and Sundays from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m., you can walk around Palmer Square, take in the twinkling lights, festive garlands, and enjoy some music.
