BRIDGEPORT — A Bridgeport resident is $15,416 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On November 30, Moustapha Loumiou, of Bridgeport, purchased a Play4 Night ticket from the K&J Grocery & Deli in Bridgeport and won $15,416.
