Press release from Salt Lake County District Attorney: 2021-12-01 Earlier this morning in Third District Court the Salt Lake County District Attorney's Office filed charges against Mr. Buk Buk. The Charges are as follows: Count 1- Criminal Homicide, Aggravated Murder: First Degree Felony Count 2- Attempted Criminal Homicide, Aggravated Murder: First Degree Felony Count 3- Purchase, Transfer, Possession or use of a Firearm by Restricted Person: Second Degree Felony Count 4- Obstructing Justice: Second Degree Felony We would like to commend the diligent work of the SLCPD Homicide team and that of our prosecutors who continue to work the case.
