Press release from the City of San Antonio: November 19, 2021 CONTACT: Marcus Lee, 210-207-6463 [email protected] SAN ANTONIO (November 19, 2021) – Beginning Friday, November 19, the Nelson Gardens brush drop off center and composting facility at 8963 Nelson Road is temporarily closed. Residents may take their brush loads to the Bitters brush recycling center at 1800 Wurzbach Parkway. The Bitters center is open Monday through Sunday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and is closed on holidays.
