Need helper / labor / mover daily pays cash

I can start either today or tomorrow it's fine. I have a lot of work and just need someone to help me with heavy stuff moved, wood cut, shovel the soil in the backyard, cleaning up trash, etc.. its all manual work so you'll need some work clothes that can get dirty a little. I typically pay cash at the end of the week. I have one stipulation: Last time I had people come that were a little crazy and were drug addicts. I do not want problems so I do have one stipulation, if you come and this doesn't work out within 2 hours, it is unpaid. Meaning if you come for two hours and you are not helpful and not working, and getting in the way, I'll let you know it isn't a good fit you just have to leave unpaid.
