Our yoga retreat will take place July 2 - July 4 2021 in Federal Way, Washington (30 minutes south of Seattle) at Dumas Bay Center. The yoga rejuvenation weekend will be all inclusive, including overnight single room accommodations, healthy fresh cooked meals, daily morning and evening yoga (Sattva and yin), yoga nidra, guided meditation, a mindful nature walk, and additional rejuvenating activities.
