Our professional tree & shrub production crews take pride in performing quality trimming, pruning and removal services year-round. Our focus is to provide you a safe and rewarding work environment in the Tree Industry. Employee and Customer Satisfaction are very important to us. Training is Provided. Those with prior experience in tree, landscape or heavy labor experience are encouraged to apply. Compensation: *Bi-weekly pay period/ Every other Monday via direct deposit. *$175 per day (Avg. $21.90/8 hr. day) *Anytime the Crew works over 4 hrs. you are paid full day rate. If for any reason they work under 4 hrs. you are paid 1/2 day rate *Paid time off (PTO) *Medical, dental and vision available after 60 days employment *Company paid for Life Insurance available after 60 days employment *401(K) and Roth 401(K) available Responsibilities and Duties: *Comfortable using a chainsaw *Able to gather brush and feed into wood chipper *Must have endurance to perform job duties throughout a standard 8 hour day. *In good physical shape and able to lift, move and maneuver up to 50 pounds on a regular basis. *Excellent internal and external customer service skills, ensuring clients’ needs are met in an accurate, complete, and timely fashion by demonstrating courtesy, efficiency, and professionalism *Show up to work each day on time; complete all tasks within time expectations; adhere to company dress code policy; follows inclement weather policy and time off reporting procedures *Able to work well in all temperatures/ weather and tolerate excessive noise from machines, chainsaws, wood chipper with use of hearing protection. Requirements: *Reliable vehicle and valid Washington State Driver’s License *Good Driving record a plus *Ability to work Monday - Friday and occasional Saturdays To apply please send email with resume/work experience.
