Position: Live-in Assistant/ Household Manager/ Property Manager Seeking a multi-talented, competent and mature individual (or couple) who enjoys spending time with large breed dogs, working on home improvement projects, gardening/yard maintenance, and much more. The ideal candidate is a team player, has great energy and a knack for making a house feel like a loved home. Responsibilities include but not limited to: -All daily aspects of care and feeding of four large breed dogs -Schedule and transport of dogs to vet and grooming appointments -Maintenance of gardens and grounds -Housekeeping/laundry -Assistance during at-home events/parties as requested -Grocery/household shopping and organizing -Home improvement projects as needed -Equipment and automobile maintenance scheduling -Coordination and supervision of any service contractors Bonus Qualifications: -Loves dogs, the outdoors, gardening and living in the country -Enjoys seasonal and holiday decorating -Computer/phone/TV tech savvy -Minor electrical and plumbing repair abilities -Carpentry This is a live-in only position.
