SURVEY: A new way to buy electricity?? The Exeter Community Power Aggregation Committee (ECPAC) has created a survey for you. Let them know what you are thinking about the new way of buying town electricity they are proposing. It is a way to bring local choice into our power buying. https://docs.google.com/forms/...
