Press release from Kendall County Sheriff's Office: 12/01/2021 4:00 AM 11/30/21 2021-3368, Driving without a License: On 11/30/21 at 7:50 a.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop in the area of Route 47 and Center Street in Bristol Township. After investigation, Jose Mendoza, a 31-year-old male from the 0-99 block of Simms Street in Aurora, was cited for Driving without a valid driver's license. Mendoza was issued a recognizance bond and released on scene. 2021-3368, Driving without a License: 2021-3371, Driving on a Suspended Driver's License: On 11/30/21 at 9:46 a.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop in the area of Fernwood Road and Saugatuck Road in Oswego Township. After investigation, Teshuan Pryor, a 30-year-old male from the 1500 block of Country Lakes Drive in Naperville, was cited for driving on a suspended driver's license. Pryor was issued a recognizance bond and released on scene. 2021-3378, Fleeing and Eluding: On 11/30/21 at 2:52 p.m., deputies attempted to conduct a traffic stop in the area of Route 34 and Heritage Drive in Oswego Township. The subject failed to stop. The investigation is ongoing. 2021-3384, Theft Under $500.00: On 11/30/21 at 9:05 p.m. deputies responded to 0-100 block of Shell Ct. in Oswego Township for a report of a theft. The investigation is on-going. 2021-3385, Harassment Via Electronic Communication: On 11/30/21 at 9:29 p.m., deputies responded to the 0-99 block of Sierra Road in Oswego Township for a report of harassment via electronic communication. This investigation is on-going. 2021-3386, Unlawful Transportation of Cannabis: On 11/30/21 at 10:02 p.m., deputies made a traffic stop in the area of RT 31 and River Run BLVD, Oswego Township for lane use and an equipment violation. Mitchell P. Huffman a 24-year-old male from the 600 block of Northgate DR in Oswego Township was cited for unlawful transportation of cannabis in a motor vehicle by driver and operating an uninsured vehicle. Huffman was issued a recognizance bond and was released. The Sheriff's Office would like to remind the public that all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
