Porcari and Port of Los Angeles Executive Director Gene Seroka held a virtual media briefing Thursday to discuss the latest developments in the supply change challenges being faced nationwide. Porcari and Seroka addressed the 24/7 operations announcement by President Biden on Wednesday.
