Mobile Home Park/ Sierra Bonita Estates Mobile Home Park is hiring for a Maintenance Technician Job details Salary $17-$17.50 an hour Job Type Full-time 8 hours per day plus emergencies in evening and every other weekend on call for emergencies Being able to travel from Arvada to Aurora when needed at any park. Full Job Description The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing all necessary maintenance for the mobile home park and to the Maintenance Supervisor with directing and managing of the mobile home park. What your day to day might look like: Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, drywall, plumbing, A/C, furnaces, sewer backups, water breaks, snow removal, use of garden tools like blower, mower, and electrical duties. Picking up trash, and help with evictions and Assist Maintenance Supervisor with other various tasks as required by the needs of the property Ensures service requests are completed correctly and in a timely manner Perform preventative maintenance repairs We're looking for you if: Interested in the above You're punctual, dependable and a self starter Experience in mobile home parks maintenance Your are a team player Some things we can't live without are: At least one year of mobile home maintenance experience Valid driver's license Willing to work a flexible schedule & on call Vacation, sick and personal time off Education Preferred High School Diploma/Technical/other training or better in other Screening of Application will be performed
